As an owner operator and licensed loan originator, Eric leads the HomeGrown Mortgage team with skill and expertise. His experience in real estate includes residential and commercial real estate management, condominium property management, flipping houses, and leading an REO property maintenance business. The mortgage business has become Eric’s true passion where he takes pride in simplifying what can be a chaotic process for home buyers. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and is an Avon Old Farms alum. He is a Connecticut native and an active member of the community. He lives in Madison with his wife and two children.
Kevin graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. After school, he began working at a call center as a Zillow lead specialist while studying for the NMLS mortgage licensing test. Once licensed, Kevin began learning from various veteran loan officers to obtain a well-rounded skill set. Working in the mortgage broker section of the industry, he developed a love for the processing side of the business where he utilizes organizational and communication skills to help home buyers accomplish their home buying dreams! Kevin lives in Meriden with his fiancé.
Bailey lives and works in Madison, Connecticut and strives to bring a stress-free experience to each client he helps to buy or refinance a home. He began originating loans in 2017 and quickly established himself as a trusted resource for residential mortgages. Prior to becoming a broker, Bailey worked in Human Resources and recruiting. Attending Quinnipiac University, he received his Bachelor’s degree in English and played on the men’s varsity lacrosse team. Outside of lending, Bailey volunteers his time to coach youth lacrosse for his son and provides training to local high school athletes trying to pursue a future playing lacrosse in college. Born and raised in Newburyport, Massachusetts he attended Newburyport High School, and completed a post-graduate year at Bridgton Academy in Bridgton, ME. When not at work, Bailey loves to ski, play competitive sports, spend time with his wife and two children, and check off tasks on his honey-do list.
Petra grew up in New Hampshire, studied Social Sciences at New England College, and went on to work as a Behavior Technician for Clinton Public Schools in Connecticut. With an interest in Real Estate, Petra entered the mortgage industry because it offered her the ability to utilize her skills while balancing career and family in a unique way. She enjoys helping others find a home to plant their roots in the same way she did when she found her home in Connecticut. Petra lives in Clinton with her husband, two children, and family dog, Dasher.
